Add LotsCRM to your AI agent

LotsCRM is a CRM your AI agent can run. Connect it to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex and other agents over MCP, and they add leads, log conversations, move deals and line up follow-ups while your dashboard shows every change. Give your agent the setup instructions, copy the MCP URL, or choose your agent below.

Any other MCP client

LotsCRM is a remote MCP server over streamable HTTP. Clients that support OAuth discover sign-in on their own from the URL above. Clients that only accept a header can use an API key from the LotsTech API page, sent as Authorization: Bearer <key>. The same tools are available as REST endpoints; read the API docs.

Get your agent connected: questions

How do I get my AI agent to use LotsCRM?

Give your agent https://lotscrm.com/skill.md and ask it to help connect LotsCRM for you. It explains how to add the MCP server or use the REST API in your environment. Prefer to do it yourself? Copy the MCP URL https://api.lotscrm.com/mcp and follow your agent’s guide.

Does LotsCRM work with my agent?

Agents with remote streamable HTTP MCP support can use https://api.lotscrm.com/mcp. Agents with HTTP or computer access can use the REST API with an API key. There are guides for ChatGPT, OpenAI dots, Claude, Claude Cowork, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini, OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, Grok Bot, Grok Build, DeepSeek, Kimi K3, Muse, Manus, Cue, Perplexity Computer, nanoclaw, Paperclip. Some clients need a particular plan or administrator permission, and a listing is not a guarantee that every version or plan supports connections.

Do I need to install a skill or configure MCP myself?

The setup instructions are a Markdown document you can give your agent by URL. They do not automatically install a connector or authorize access. Ask your agent to guide you through the steps for its environment, or add the remote MCP server yourself.

How do I sign in to LotsCRM from my agent?

OAuth-capable MCP clients open a LotsCRM sign-in during setup. Clients that use bearer credentials and REST integrations need an API key from https://www.lotstech.com/api. Never paste your passwords into a chat.

What does LotsCRM cost?

Current plans and prices are on https://lotscrm.com/pricing. Your agent’s own plan or usage fees are separate.

Does LotsCRM send emails or messages?

LotsCRM is the record of your sales work. Your agent drafts and sends messages with the tools you already use, then logs each one in LotsCRM, so every conversation sits on the right contact and deal. Follow-ups you schedule appear in your Today view.

What can my agent do in my workspace?

Your agent acts as you, so it can do exactly what your workspace role allows. Owners can do everything and viewers can only read.

Can my agent delete CRM records?

Your agent archives contacts, companies and deals. Archiving is recoverable and keeps the history, and there is no hard delete through MCP.

Can one agent work across several clients?

Yes. Each workspace is a separate sales book, one per business or client. Your agent lists your workspaces, picks the one you mean and keeps its records apart from the others.
