- Open Pipeline: deals sit in a column per stage, with the count, the total and the win probability of each stage.
- Drag a deal to its next stage, or switch to the list to sort and filter by owner, status or text.
- Mark a deal won or lost (a lost deal needs a reason). Today shows the weighted forecast and the deals that need attention.

The facts
- Unlimited contacts, companies, deals, pipelines and teammates on every plan. You pay per workspace, one per business or client.
- Each stage has a win probability from 0 to 100%. The weighted forecast is each deal amount times its stage probability.
- An open deal nobody touches for 7 days shows as quiet on Today and on the board. You choose the number of days, from 1 to 365.
- Deals with an expected close date in the next 14 days show as closing soon; past dates show as overdue.
- Every stage move is saved in the deal history, and totals are kept per currency, never mixed.
- Agents update deals with a version check, so an agent never overwrites newer work.
- 39 CRM tools on the MCP server, the same contract the dashboard uses.
- Plans: Starter $12.00 a month with 3 workspaces, Pro $29.00 a month with 10 workspaces, Business $79.00 a month with 30 workspaces. Yearly billing is ten monthly payments. Extra workspaces cost your plan's rate, paid from credits.

Can I set up my own pipeline stages?
Yes. Every workspace starts with a sales pipeline you can adapt, and owners and admins can create more pipelines with their own ordered open, won and lost stages. Pipelines are unlimited.
How does my AI agent move deals?
Connect https://api.lotscrm.com/mcp in Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP agent and ask in plain words, for example "move the Northwind deal to Proposal". The move is saved with its stage history and shows on your board straight away.
How do I see deals that are stuck?
An open deal untouched for 7 days (or the number of days you set) is marked quiet. Today lists deals that have gone quiet, are closing soon or have no next step, and your agent can ask for the same list.
Is the dashboard a full pipeline tool?
Yes. The board, list view, deal details, won and lost tracking and the forecast are all in the dashboard. Your agent for speed, the dashboard for control.
