- New leads start as "Not contacted", so you and your agent can see who still needs a first touch.
- Activity history covers calls, meetings, emails, messages and notes.
- Tags on contacts group leads by event, campaign or source; filter and export by tag.
- CSV import and export. Your data leaves with you, and reading and export work even if a workspace is unfunded.
- Plans: Starter $12.00 a month with 3 workspaces, Pro $29.00 a month with 10 workspaces, Business $79.00 a month with 30 workspaces. Yearly billing is ten monthly payments. Extra workspaces cost your plan's rate, paid from credits.

I work alone. Is LotsCRM worth it?
It is built for that. Your agent does the data entry while you work, and the dashboard shows your pipeline and follow-ups. One workspace on pay as you go covers a solo practice.
Can I keep my own leads separate from a client's?
Yes. Use one workspace for your practice and one for each client. Records, pipelines and members never mix between workspaces.
Which AI agents work with LotsCRM?
Any agent that supports remote MCP, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex and Cursor, or a cloud agent calling the REST API with a key. The setup page walks through each one.
Does it send my follow-up emails?
No. LotsCRM keeps the record. Your agent drafts and sends with your own email or messaging tools, then logs the message in LotsCRM.
