LotsCRMLotsCRM

Connect your AI agent

Connect your AI agent to LotsCRM.

Give Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor or another compatible agent access to your contacts, deals and follow-ups through MCP. Use the REST API for your own integrations. Your agent for speed, the dashboard for control.

MCP server URL

https://api.lotscrm.com/mcp

Remote MCP with OAuth: sign in with your Lots account, no key needed.

What your agent can do

Your agent adds leads, logs every conversation, moves deals and lines up follow-ups. Ask in plain words:

“Add these 20 people from today's event and tag them 'Oct meetup'.”

“Log my call with Priya and move her deal to Proposal.”

“What follow-ups are due today?”

Reads before it acts

Agents start with the CRM briefing: your workspace, your role, the pipeline and what needs attention.

Records, never sends

LotsCRM is the record of your sales work. Your agent sends messages with the tools you already use and logs each one here. Opted-out and do-not-contact records are blocked from drafting.

Every change in your dashboard

See the same records in contacts, pipeline and the Today view. Your agent works within your workspace role.

Set up your agent

Works in any agent that supports remote MCP. The server URL is https://api.lotscrm.com/mcp.

Claude

Settings, then Connectors, then Add custom connector. Paste the URL, connect, and sign in with your Lots account.

Cloud agents without MCP

Give the agent https://api.lotscrm.com/docs.md and an API key from www.lotstech.com/api. It calls the REST API with Authorization: Bearer <key>.

Every tool on the MCP server

The same contract powers the dashboard, MCP and REST, so your agent and your team always see the same records.
