- A LotsCRM account. You can create one during sign-in.
Connect ChatGPT to LotsCRM
Add a custom MCP server
In ChatGPT on the web, go to Plugins, select +, then Add custom MCP server.
Enter the LotsCRM connection
Name it LotsCRM. Under Connection, enter the server URL below, then choose OAuth for authentication. Tick I understand and want to continue, then select Create as a plugin.

Install the LotsCRM plugin, click Connect and sign in to LotsCRM. New users can create an account during this step. Allow ChatGPT to use LotsCRM when prompted.
Use it in a chat
In a new chat, type @, select LotsCRM and ask for something read-only first.
