These CRMs document an official MCP server, so ChatGPT, Claude or another AI agent can add and update contacts, companies and deals while you watch the pipeline in a web dashboard: LotsCRM, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Twenty and folk. They differ in what you pay for (seats or businesses), which plan unlocks MCP, and what the agent may change or delete. LotsCRM is the one built for a founder or small team whose agent keeps the CRM current: MCP and REST on every plan, priced per business with unlimited teammates, from $12 a month for 3 workspaces.
This list covers CRMs where an agent can read and write your sales records through the vendor's own MCP server, not a community connector. I opened each vendor's MCP page or docs and its pricing page on 12 October 2026, and linked them at the end.

1. LotsCRM: the CRM your agent keeps up to date
LotsCRM holds a small business's sales book: contacts and companies, deals in custom pipelines, every call, email and meeting logged, and the follow-ups you owe. You tell your agent who you talked to and what happened, and it writes the record. You open the full sales dashboard (pipeline, Today view, contact detail, import and export) to see and edit the same records. Your agent for speed, the dashboard for control.
The MCP server is https://api.lotscrm.com/mcp. You sign in with OAuth, so there's no key to paste, and the setup page gives the steps for Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. A cloud agent without MCP gets the REST API with an API key. The setup page lists 40 tools.
- Built for an agent to run. The agent starts with a CRM briefing: your workspace, your role, the pipeline and what needs attention today. A deal brief gives it the company, contacts, recent activity and open follow-ups before a call.
- Safe writes. Bulk prospect import takes 1 to 100 leads at a time, deduplicated by email, and a retry never creates duplicates. Deal updates carry a version check so an agent can't overwrite newer work. Custom fields the agent sets merge into the record instead of replacing it. New leads start as "Not contacted".
- It records and never sends. LotsCRM is the record of your sales work. Your agent drafts and sends with the tools you already use, then logs each message. Opted-out and do-not-contact records are blocked from drafting.
- No hard deletes from the agent. Contacts, companies and deals can be archived and recovered; history stays intact.
- The agent acts as you. Roles are owner, admin, manager, member and viewer, and the agent can do exactly what your role allows. Viewers read only.
- Priced per business, not per seat. A workspace is one business or one client's sales book. Starter is $12 a month for 3 workspaces, Pro $29 for 10 and Business $79 for 30, with yearly billing at two months free. Pay as you go is $5 per workspace a month. Contacts, companies, deals, pipelines and team members are unlimited, and extra workspaces cost your plan's rate.
- Your data stays yours. If funding runs out, the workspace becomes read-only: you can still read and export everything, and nothing is deleted.
- A free start: 5,000 free credits, valid 90 days, no card.
Choose LotsCRM if you're a founder, consultant or small agency doing your own sales from ChatGPT or Claude, and you want the agent to keep the CRM current without paying per seat. An agency can keep one workspace per client and invite client staff as viewers. LotsCRM doesn't send email or run sequences; it keeps the record your agent writes.
2. HubSpot: the broad suite with a hosted MCP server
HubSpot's developer docs describe a remote MCP server at https://mcp.hubspot.com that lets an agent read, write and update records as a user would, and say HubSpot's own connectors for Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini run on it. It reads contacts, companies, deals, tickets, leads, activities, conversations and marketing data, and writes CRM records, activities, pipelines, properties and content such as landing pages and blog posts. Every action respects your HubSpot user permissions, and tool availability varies by subscription; the docs note that accounts on free tools can edit the default pipeline but can't create custom pipelines through it.
Pricing is per seat. HubSpot is free for up to 2 users. On the Sales Hub page, Starter starts at $7 a seat a month, Professional at $90 a seat with a required one-time $1,500 onboarding fee, and Enterprise at $150 a seat with a $3,500 onboarding fee.
Choose HubSpot if you want marketing, sales and service in one suite and your agent to work across all of it.
3. Pipedrive: pipeline-first, with MCP on every plan
Pipedrive launched its native MCP server on 30 June 2026. Its MCP page says ChatGPT and Claude can search deals, contacts, organizations and leads, create and update deals, contacts and activities, convert leads, and turn meeting notes into records. You connect with OAuth. The assistant works only with data your Pipedrive user can see and edit, and actions are recorded in the change log. It's available to all customers on every plan, with usage subject to token limits by plan and extra tokens for purchase.
Plans are per seat, billed annually: Lite $14, Growth $39, Premium $59 and Ultimate $79 a month, with a 14-day trial and no card.
Choose Pipedrive if your team lives in a visual sales pipeline and wants built-in email sync and automations.
4. Attio: flexible data model, MCP from the free plan
Attio's docs describe a hosted server at https://mcp.attio.com/mcp for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other clients, signing in with OAuth as your Attio user. Its tools cover records and lists, comments, notes, tasks, meetings and call recordings, emails, workspace members and reports, with semantic search over notes, emails and calls. Read operations are auto-approved and write operations ask for confirmation. Rate limits apply per workspace, by tool tier.
Attio's pricing page marks the MCP server as included on every plan. Free covers up to 3 seats, Plus is $35 a user a month billed annually ($44 monthly), and Pro is $79 ($99 monthly).
Choose Attio if you want a flexible, custom-object CRM with meeting and email intelligence your agent can search.
5. Zoho CRM: four pre-built MCP servers
Zoho's developer docs describe four hosted servers you install separately: Data Insights (read-only queries), Data Operations (create, read, update and delete records, including bulk operations), Module Customization (modules, fields and layouts) and Workflow and Process Automation. They name Cursor, Claude Desktop, VS Code and Windsurf as clients, sign in with OAuth, and scope every action to your CRM role. Calls through MCP use API credits like any other API call.
Zoho CRM is free for 3 users. Paid editions, billed annually, are Standard $14, Professional $23, Enterprise $40 and Ultimate $52 a user a month.
Choose Zoho CRM if you want to configure fields, layouts and workflows from your agent, not only edit records.
6. Salesforce: hosted MCP servers for Flex Credits customers
Salesforce's developer docs describe Hosted MCP Servers for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or a custom agent, with per-user OAuth 2.0 and PKCE. Agents can read, create, update and delete records within field-level security and sharing rules, and admins can expose Apex actions, Flows and named queries as tools. The docs say the servers are intended for customers with Flex Credits and that server usage may be billed.
On the Sales pricing page, Starter Suite is $25 a user a month and Pro Suite $100, with Sales Cloud editions from $195 a user a month billed annually.
Choose Salesforce if you're already on it and want agents inside the same governance and security model.
7. Twenty: open source, MCP on cloud or self-hosted
Twenty's docs say its MCP server lives at your workspace URL plus /mcp, for Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT and others. You connect with OAuth or an API key, and the connection inherits your user's role or the role assigned to the key. Rather than listing every tool, it exposes learn_tools and execute_tool, so the agent discovers operations such as find_many_companies or update_one_opportunity as it goes.
The pricing page lists the MCP server on every plan. Cloud Pro is $9 a user a month billed yearly, Organization $19, and you can self-host the open source core for free.
Choose Twenty if you want an open source CRM you can host and customize yourself.
8. folk: relationship CRM with a hosted MCP
folk's help center describes a hosted MCP server at https://mcp.folk.app/mcp for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other tools. After an OAuth sign-in, the agent has the same access as your folk account: it can search people, companies and groups, create and update contacts, notes and custom fields, and move deals through your pipelines. The pricing page marks MCP on all three plans.
Pricing is per member: Standard $24 a month billed yearly ($30 monthly), Premium $48, which adds custom objects and deals, and Enterprise from $80. There's a two-week trial with no card.
Choose folk if your sales run on relationships from LinkedIn, Gmail and WhatsApp and you want outreach inside the CRM.
What to check before you connect an agent to your CRM
- What do you pay as the team grows? HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, Zoho, Salesforce, Twenty and folk price per seat, user or member. LotsCRM prices per business, so a co-founder, assistant or client viewer costs nothing extra.
- Can it delete? Zoho's Data Operations server and Salesforce's servers include delete. Attio can delete tasks and your own comments. LotsCRM's agent archives records and can recover them.
- Does it ask before it writes? Attio asks for confirmation on every write. LotsCRM uses version checks on deals and idempotent imports so retries and parallel agents don't clobber each other.
- Which plan unlocks it? On LotsCRM, Pipedrive, Attio, Twenty and folk it's on every plan. HubSpot's tools vary by subscription, and Salesforce's hosted servers are for Flex Credits customers.
- Does the CRM send messages for you? HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio and folk include email tools or sequences on some plans. LotsCRM doesn't: your agent sends with the tools you already use and logs each message.

Common questions
Which CRMs have an MCP server?
LotsCRM, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Twenty and folk each document an official MCP server that lets an agent read and write CRM records. Many community servers exist for other CRMs, but they're not run by the vendor.
Can ChatGPT or Claude update my CRM?
Yes, through these MCP servers. Your agent signs in with OAuth and works with your permissions: it can add contacts, log a call, move a deal or schedule a follow-up. LotsCRM, Pipedrive, Attio, Twenty and folk name both ChatGPT and Claude, and HubSpot runs its own Claude and ChatGPT connectors on its MCP server.
Is MCP included on free CRM plans?
Attio includes its MCP server on its Free plan, and HubSpot's docs describe what accounts on free tools can do through its server. Pipedrive, Twenty and folk include it on every paid plan. LotsCRM includes MCP and REST on every plan and on pay as you go, with 5,000 free credits to start, valid 90 days, no card.
Which CRM with MCP is priced per business instead of per seat?
LotsCRM. You pay for workspaces, one per business or client, and contacts, deals, pipelines and team members are unlimited. The other CRMs here charge per seat, user or member.
Can an AI agent delete my CRM data?
It depends on the CRM. Zoho's Data Operations server and Salesforce's hosted servers can delete records, and Attio can delete tasks and your own comments. LotsCRM's agent archives contacts, companies and deals, and archived records can be recovered.
Does LotsCRM send emails for me?
No. LotsCRM is the record of your sales work. Your agent drafts and sends with the tools you already use, then logs each message in LotsCRM so the pipeline stays current.
