Free CRMs With MCP Support (2026)

Four CRMs give you a free plan and an official MCP server, so ChatGPT or Claude can read and update your records without a paid CRM subscription: HubSpot, Attio, Zoho CRM and Bigin. Their free plans cap users, records or pipelines. LotsCRM has no free plan: it starts with 5,000 free credits, valid 90 days, no card.

I checked every free plan and every MCP page below on the vendor's own site on 23 October 2026, with links at the end. "Free" here means a plan with no time limit, not a trial. Where a vendor says the MCP server or connector needs something extra, such as a paid AI subscription, I say so.

1. LotsCRM: no free plan, but nothing is capped

I'll start with my own product, and the honest point first: LotsCRM has no free plan. New accounts get 5,000 free credits, valid 90 days, no card. A workspace (one business's sales book) costs $5 a month from credits, so the signup credits cover one workspace for about a month. After that it's $5 a workspace a month on pay as you go, or $12 a month for 3 workspaces, $29 for 10 and $79 for 30 (pricing). Pro and Business include LotsNotes Pro.

What you get for that is the reason it's on this list. Contacts, companies, deals, pipelines and team members are unlimited from the first day, and the MCP server and REST API are on every plan and on pay as you go. There's no tier to move up to when you hit 1,000 contacts or want a second pipeline.

LotsCRM works with the AI agent you already use. Connect https://api.lotscrm.com/mcp in Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex or Cursor and sign in with your Lots account (setup). Your agent can:

  • read your role, pipeline and today's priorities first with get_crm_briefing;
  • add 1 to 100 prospects at once with bulk_upsert_prospects, deduplicated by email and safe to retry;
  • create deals, move them through stages with history, and log calls and meetings with record_activity;
  • schedule follow-ups and prepare a draft with prepare_follow_up, which never sends and skips opted-out contacts;
  • create workspaces and pipelines, and invite teammates or clients with the role you choose.

Nothing is hard-deleted: archive is recoverable. LotsCRM never sends email to your contacts; you send from your own tools and the agent logs it. If a workspace runs out of credits it turns read-only, and you can still read and export everything. What the agent can and can't do is written down in full.

Choose LotsCRM if you'd rather pay $5 a month for an uncapped CRM than work inside a free plan's limits, or you run sales for several businesses or clients.

2. HubSpot: the best-known free CRM, with a broad MCP server

HubSpot's free CRM is free for up to 2 users, with no card and no expiry. It includes contact, deal and task management, email tracking, templates and scheduling, meeting scheduling, live chat, quotes, reporting dashboards and Breeze Assistant. Its free CRM page says the free tools cover up to two users and 1,000 contacts.

Agent access is broad. HubSpot's remote MCP server at https://mcp.hubspot.com lets an agent read, write and update CRM records as the user would, and HubSpot's own connectors for Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini run on it. HubSpot's knowledge base lists the Claude and ChatGPT connectors as available on all HubSpot plans, and the free CRM page says they need a paid Claude or ChatGPT subscription.

Limits worth knowing on the free plan:

  • The connectors can view, create and update records but not delete them, and bulk creates or updates go 10 records at a time.
  • On free tools, the agent can edit the default pipeline but can't create custom pipelines.
  • Tool availability depends on your HubSpot subscription, and some tools (AEO, quotes) need specific paid hubs.

Paid plans are per seat: a Starter seat lists at $20 a month, and Sales Hub Professional at $100 a Sales Seat with a required $1,500 onboarding fee. I compared the two in detail in LotsCRM vs HubSpot.

Choose HubSpot Free if you're one or two people, want marketing and sales tools in one place, and your contacts fit the free limits.

3. Attio: the most generous free plan for a small team

Attio's Free plan covers up to 3 seats, 3 objects, 50,000 records and 3 reports, with email and calendar sync for one account per user and automatic enrichment. No card needed.

Its MCP server is on every plan, including Free. You add https://mcp.attio.com/mcp as a connector and sign in with OAuth; Attio is also in the Claude and ChatGPT connector directories. The agent can search, create and update records, notes, lists and tasks, and can delete tasks and comments it's allowed to. Reads are approved automatically and writes ask for your confirmation. Attio's docs note that read-only SQL isn't on every plan.

Paid plans are per seat: Plus is $44 and Pro $99 a seat a month billed monthly. More in LotsCRM vs Attio.

Choose Attio Free if you're a team of up to three that wants a flexible data model, inbox sync and an agent connection without paying.

4. Zoho CRM: free for three users, MCP at no extra cost

Zoho CRM's Free edition is "forever free, for 3 users", with contact management, follow-up reminders, up to 10 custom email templates, spreadsheet import, export up to 10 times, standard reports and 5,000 API calls a day.

Agent access goes through Zoho MCP, which Zoho prices at $0: no license fee and no separate billing. You create an MCP server in Zoho MCP, pick the Zoho CRM actions it exposes, and connect it to Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client over OAuth. Each action uses your Zoho CRM API quota, so on the Free edition the agent works within the 5,000 calls a day.

Choose Zoho CRM Free if you're a team of up to three, already use other Zoho apps, and want an agent that can work across them.

5. Bigin by Zoho: a free pipeline for one person

Bigin is Zoho's simpler, pipeline-first CRM. Its Free edition is for a single user, with one pipeline, 500 records (contacts, pipeline records, activities and notes all count), 3 automations, booking pages, web forms, developer APIs and mobile apps.

Bigin's pricing page lists MCP support on the Free edition. It works through Zoho MCP, the same free model as Zoho CRM: your agent's actions use Bigin's API limits.

Choose Bigin Free if you sell on your own, need one pipeline, and your records stay under 500.

Free plans that didn't make this list

These CRMs are free to start, but agent access sits outside the free plan, or their own pages don't say it's included (checked on 23 October 2026):

  • Clarify has a free plan and an official MCP server, but its pages don't say MCP is included on the free plan.
  • Capsule has a Free plan for up to 2 users and 250 contacts, but its AI connectors for Claude and ChatGPT are on Growth, Advanced and Ultimate.
  • Assembly has a Free plan, and its MCP connector starts on the paid Starter plan.
  • Twenty is open source and free to host yourself. Its pricing page describes the native MCP server for Cloud workspaces, which start with a 30-day trial and then cost from $9 a user a month billed yearly.

How to choose

  • One person, one pipeline: Bigin Free, or HubSpot Free if you also want marketing tools.
  • Two or three people: Attio Free or Zoho CRM Free; HubSpot Free covers two.
  • No caps on contacts, pipelines or teammates, or more than one business: LotsCRM from $5 a workspace a month. It's built for this: one workspace per business or client, under one plan. See the best CRMs for agencies and the best CRMs with MCP support for the paid options.

If you outgrow a free plan, moving is a CSV export and an import, or a prompt to an agent connected to both CRMs: the steps are in how to move from HubSpot or a spreadsheet to LotsCRM.

Common questions

Is there a free CRM with an MCP server?

Yes. On 23 October 2026, HubSpot, Attio, Zoho CRM and Bigin each had a free plan and an official MCP server. The free plans limit users, records or pipelines. HubSpot's free CRM page says its Claude and ChatGPT connectors need a paid Claude or ChatGPT subscription.

Does LotsCRM have a free plan?

No. LotsCRM starts with 5,000 free credits, valid 90 days, no card, which covers one workspace for about a month. After that it's $5 a workspace a month, or $12 a month for 3 workspaces. Contacts, deals, pipelines and teammates are unlimited, and MCP and REST are on every plan.

Can ChatGPT or Claude update a free CRM?

Yes, through these MCP servers. HubSpot's connectors can create and update records but not delete them, 10 at a time in bulk. Attio's server asks you to confirm each write. Zoho CRM and Bigin count each action against your API limits.

Which free CRM has the most users?

Attio Free covers up to 3 seats and Zoho CRM Free 3 users, then HubSpot Free 2 users and Bigin Free a single user. LotsCRM has no free plan but includes unlimited team members on every plan.

Does HubSpot's free CRM include MCP?

Yes. HubSpot's Claude and ChatGPT connectors, which run on its MCP server, are available on all HubSpot plans, including free tools. On free tools the agent can edit the default pipeline but can't create custom pipelines, and the free CRM page says the connectors need a paid Claude or ChatGPT subscription.

What is the cheapest CRM with MCP if I outgrow a free plan?

It depends on team size. LotsCRM is $5 a workspace a month with unlimited teammates, so the price stays the same as the team grows. Seat-priced CRMs multiply by the number of people: Attio Plus is $44 a seat a month billed monthly, and a HubSpot Starter seat lists at $20 a month.
