Pipedrive Alternatives (2026)

For a small team that wants every lead and follow-up in one place without per-seat pricing, LotsCRM is the Pipedrive alternative to try first. You pay per workspace (one business's sales book) with unlimited teammates, from $5 a workspace a month or $12 a month for 3, and ChatGPT or Claude can keep it current through MCP or REST on every plan.

If you want something else from the CRM itself: for a free plan, look at HubSpot, Attio or Bigin; follow-ups and inbox sync, OnePageCRM or folk; calling and sequences, Close; a CRM inside Gmail, Streak; one flat price, Less Annoying CRM; open source, Twenty.

I opened every vendor's own pricing page and MCP or API docs on 19 October 2026, and the links are at the end. HubSpot prices checked on 27 October 2026. Prices are in US dollars. Every CRM here can be reached by an AI agent, so the real differences are what you pay for, which plan unlocks what, and how much of the selling the CRM does itself.

Why small teams look beyond Pipedrive

Pipedrive is a good pipeline CRM, and its strengths are real. The MCP server is open to all customers on every plan, with setup guides for ChatGPT and Claude. Lite already includes AI report creation and Pipedrive Nova, its new meeting intelligence tool. It lists 500+ integrations, and the 14-day trial needs no card.

The reasons small teams compare it with other CRMs are on Pipedrive's own pages (checked on 19 October 2026):

  • You pay per seat. Lite is $14 a seat a month billed annually, Growth $39, Premium $59 and Ultimate $79. A team of five on Growth pays $195 a month, or $2,340 a year. Prices exclude VAT.
  • Email sync and sequences start on Growth. Full email sync with tracking, automations, nurturing sequences and forecasts are Growth features. Lead routing, shared inboxes and e-signatures are Premium.
  • Some tools are add-ons. LeadBooster starts from $32.50, Projects from $16.66, Campaigns from $13.33, Web Visitors from $41 and Smart Docs from $32.50, on top of the plan.
  • MCP usage has token limits. Pipedrive's MCP page says usage is subject to token limits based on your plan, and you can buy more tokens.

None of that is hidden. It just adds up when the job is "keep track of who we talked to and what happens next", and your AI agent could do the typing. If you want the head-to-head, read LotsCRM vs Pipedrive.

1. LotsCRM: per-workspace pricing, and your agent runs the CRM

LotsCRM is the CRM that's easy to keep up to date: every lead, call, deal and follow-up in one place, kept current by you in the dashboard or by ChatGPT or Claude. You tell Claude or ChatGPT who you talked to and what happened, and it writes the contact, logs the call, moves the deal and sets the follow-up. You open the full dashboard (pipeline, Today view, contact detail, import and export) to see and change the same records. Your agent for speed, the dashboard for control.

  • Priced per business, not per person. A workspace is one business or one client's sales book. Pay as you go is $5 per workspace a month, charged daily from credits. Plans are Starter at $12 a month for 3 workspaces, Pro $29 for 10 and Business $79 for 30, and yearly billing gives two months free. Pro and Business include LotsNotes Pro. Extra workspaces cost your plan's rate. Contacts, companies, deals, pipelines and team members are unlimited, so the team of five that pays Pipedrive $195 a month on Growth pays $5 a month here for one business.
  • Your agent does the upkeep. Add https://api.lotscrm.com/mcp as a connector in Claude or ChatGPT and sign in with OAuth, no key to paste. Claude Code, Codex and Cursor connect the same way, and a cloud agent without MCP gets the REST API with an API key. The agent starts with a CRM briefing: your role, the pipeline and what needs attention today. Setup for each agent is on the setup page.
  • It handles the team too. Your agent can invite a teammate by email with the role you pick (admin, manager, member or viewer), change a role or remove someone, if you're an owner or admin.
  • It imports and tags in bulk. The agent adds up to 100 prospects at a time, deduplicated by email, each with its source and tags, so a retry never creates duplicates.
  • Archive, not delete. The agent can archive contacts, companies and deals, and archived records come back with their history. There are no hard-delete tools on the MCP server.
  • It records and never sends. LotsCRM doesn't send emails, messages or sequences. Your agent drafts from the CRM history, you send with the tools you already use, and the agent logs it. Opted-out and do-not-contact records are blocked from drafting.
  • Your data stays reachable. If funding runs out, an unfunded workspace becomes read-only: you can still read and export everything, and nothing is deleted.

What Pipedrive does that LotsCRM doesn't: email sync and tracking, sequences, forecast reports, e-signatures, lead capture add-ons, mobile apps and a large integrations marketplace. If you rely on those, stay with a CRM that has them.

Choose LotsCRM if you're a founder, consultant or small team that works in ChatGPT or Claude, you want the agent to keep the pipeline current, and you'd rather pay for businesses than for seats. New accounts get 5,000 free credits, valid 90 days, no card. See pricing.

2. HubSpot: a free start inside a wider suite

HubSpot's free tools cover up to 2 users with no card. Sales Hub Starter is $20 a seat a month and Professional is $100 a seat a month, both monthly prices, and Enterprise starts at $150. Professional carries a required, one-time onboarding fee of $1,500, and Enterprise $3,500.

HubSpot's remote MCP server lets an agent read, write and update contacts, companies, deals, tickets and more, as the user would, and its own AI connectors for Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and Gemini run on that server. Tool availability varies by subscription, user permissions and account setup; on free tools the agent can edit the default pipeline but can't create custom pipelines.

Choose HubSpot if you want sales, marketing and service on one platform and expect to grow into the paid tiers.

3. Attio: a flexible data model, with MCP on the Free plan

Attio is the CRM you shape around your own objects. Free covers up to 3 seats, Plus is $35 a user a month billed annually ($44 monthly) for up to 10 seats, and Pro is $79 ($99 monthly) with call intelligence, sequences, permission controls and advanced reporting. Plans come with credits for its AI features.

Attio's pricing table lists the MCP server on all four plans, including Free. The hosted server at mcp.attio.com/mcp works with Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other clients, signs in as your Attio user with OAuth, auto-approves reads and asks for confirmation before writes. The full comparison is in LotsCRM vs Attio.

Choose Attio if you want custom objects, synced email and calendar, and enrichment, and you'll use the flexibility.

4. folk: relationship selling with outreach built in

folk is built around people: contact enrichment, a LinkedIn extension, email, calendar and WhatsApp sync, email campaigns and AI assistants. Standard is $24 a member a month billed yearly ($30 monthly) and Premium $48 ($60 monthly). Custom objects and deals, email sequences, workspace roles, dashboards and API access start on Premium. The 2-week trial includes the premium features.

folk's pricing table ticks MCP on all three plans. Its hosted server at mcp.folk.app/mcp signs in with OAuth and gives your AI tool the same access your folk account has. The full comparison is in LotsCRM vs folk.

Choose folk if your sales run on relationships and you want enrichment and outreach inside the CRM.

5. OnePageCRM: follow-ups first

OnePageCRM puts a Next Action on every contact, so the CRM is organised around what to do next. Professional is $9.95 a user a month billed annually ($15 monthly), Business $19.95 ($29) and Max $29.95 ($45), with a 21-day trial and no card. Contacts, deals, fields and tags are unlimited on every plan. Business adds full IMAP/SMTP email sync with open tracking, and Max adds email sequences and unlimited pipelines.

Its pricing table lists Model Context Protocol (MCP) on all three plans, and its AI page says the connection works on every plan and on the free trial. You choose read-only or read-and-update access when you connect, and changes show on your contacts and deals like any other edit.

Choose OnePageCRM if you want a simple follow-up workflow, priced per user.

6. Bigin by Zoho: the lowest seat price

Bigin is Zoho's CRM for small businesses. Free is for a single user with one pipeline and 500 records. Express is $7 a user a month billed annually ($9 monthly) with 50,000 records, Premier $12 ($15) with 100,000, and Bigin 360 $18 ($21) with 1 million. There's a 15-day trial.

Bigin lists MCP support in its Free edition's features, so you can connect your CRM data to AI tools, and Zoho's MCP page lists Bigin among the apps it connects to Claude and other MCP clients.

Choose Bigin if seat price matters most and you want pipelines, email and WhatsApp in one place.

7. Close: calling and sequences in the CRM

Close is a CRM for outbound: email, calls, SMS and a shared inbox in one place. Billed annually, Solo is $9 a user a month (one user), Essentials $35, Growth $99 and Scale $139; monthly billing is $19, $49, $109 and $149, with a 14-day trial and no card. Its pricing table lists API access with OAuth or API keys on every plan.

Close's MCP server at mcp.close.com/mcp works with ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code and Cursor. You pick a scope when you connect: read-only, safe write, or destructive write, which can also delete data.

Choose Close if your team lives on the phone and in sequences and wants all of it inside the CRM.

8. Streak: a CRM inside Gmail

Streak runs inside Gmail. Pro is $49 a user a month billed annually ($59 monthly), Pro+ $69 ($89) with automations, integrations and advanced reports, and Enterprise $129 ($159) with custom permissions.

Its MCP server at https://api.streak.com/mcp connects Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other clients with OAuth, and your assistant can create records and update existing data. MCP access is included at no extra cost on paid CRM plans: Streak's help centre lists a Pro, Pro+ or Enterprise account as the requirement.

Choose Streak if your sales happen in Gmail threads and you want the pipeline next to them.

9. Less Annoying CRM: one flat plan

Less Annoying CRM has one price: $15 a user a month plus applicable tax, with no tiers and every feature included, unlimited contacts, unlimited custom fields and free support. The trial is 30 days with no card.

It publishes API documentation, and its integrations page features AppConnect, a third-party connector that lets Claude and ChatGPT view and update your CRM.

Choose Less Annoying CRM if you want one predictable per-user price and nothing to configure.

10. Twenty: open source, cloud or self-hosted

Twenty is an open-source CRM. On Twenty Cloud, Pro is $9 a user a month billed yearly and Organization $19, adding row-level permissions, SSO and a custom domain, with a free trial and no card. You can also self-host it and own the infrastructure, which means running and paying for the servers yourself.

Twenty's pricing table lists the MCP server, REST and GraphQL APIs and webhooks on every plan. The MCP endpoint is your workspace URL plus /mcp, on cloud or self-hosted, with OAuth or an API key, for Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor and ChatGPT.

Choose Twenty if you want to own the code and the data, and you have someone to run it.

Moving from Pipedrive to LotsCRM with your agent

Connect both MCP servers in the same agent: Pipedrive's and https://api.lotscrm.com/mcp. In Claude Code, LotsCRM is one line:

claude mcp add --transport http lots-crm https://api.lotscrm.com/mcp

Then ask:

Read my open deals and their contacts in Pipedrive. In LotsCRM, create a pipeline with the same stages, import the contacts with the source "Pipedrive", recreate each open deal in its stage, and log the last activity on each one. Show me the list before you write anything. Then invite sam@example.com as a member.

The agent uses create_pipeline, bulk_upsert_prospects, create_deal, record_activity and invite_member to do it, and you check the result in the dashboard. You can also export a CSV from Pipedrive and import it in LotsCRM. The setup page covers Codex, Cursor and cloud agents, and compare lists every LotsCRM comparison.
