Purchased credits never expire and are usable across Lots products. Plans grant no credits. Your AI provider bills its own AI usage; LotsCRM credits fund workspace capacity.

## Questions
### What can I do with LotsCRM?
Manage contacts and companies, track deals through custom pipeline stages, record activities, assign follow-up tasks and see what needs attention in your Today view. Import contacts from CSV and export loaded contacts and companies.

### What is a workspace?
A workspace is an isolated sales book for one business or client. It has its own contacts, companies, pipelines, deals, activity history and members. Workspace capacity is the unit you pay for.

### Can I use my own AI agent?
Yes. Connect https://api.lotscrm.com/mcp in an agent that supports remote MCP, or integrate the REST API at https://api.lotscrm.com. Your agent can read CRM context and make changes within your workspace permissions.

### Can LotsCRM track people who signed up for my product?
Yes. Give them the User (signed up) stage and record signups, first payments and cancellations as system events from your AI agent or your own integration. The stage records product use, not marketing consent. We run LotsTech's own users this way.

### Does LotsCRM send emails or messages?
No. LotsCRM is the record of your sales work. Your agent drafts and sends messages with the tools you already use, then logs each one in LotsCRM, so every conversation sits on the right contact and deal. Follow-ups you schedule appear in your Today view.

### Do I need a subscription?
No. Choose a plan for included workspaces or pay as you go from credits, charged daily. Extra workspaces on a plan cost that plan’s own rate, shown on the plan cards. Contacts, companies, deals, pipelines and team members are unlimited.

### Can I stop paying for a workspace I no longer need?
Yes. Archive a workspace you no longer need; it stops counting toward your plan. The workspace owner archives it in Settings. Nothing in it is deleted, and the owner can restore it for 30 days.

### What happens if I run out of credits?
Plan-covered workspaces remain available. Unfunded workspaces become read-only: you can still read and export your data. Nothing is deleted. Add credits or change your plan to restore editing.

### Can I control team access?
Yes. Workspace roles are owner, admin, manager, member and viewer. Viewers can read but cannot edit. Team and pipeline administration requires owner or admin access. Teammates sign in with a free Lots account.

### Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Existing paid subscribers manage their plan through Polar’s customer portal from Billing. Purchased credits never expire and are usable across Lots products; eligible signup credits have their own validity period shown below pricing.

### Is my data safe?
Your data is encrypted and backed up every night, with a locked copy at a separate provider, and we test our restores. You sign in with Google or an email code, so there's no account password to steal. You can export your data and delete your account at any time. You can export your contacts to CSV whenever you like.
