## What you can do once connected

- Add and update contacts and companies, and import up to 100 prospects at a time.
- Create deals on your pipelines and move them between stages, with a reason when one is lost.
- Log calls, meetings, emails, messages and notes after they happen.
- Set, reschedule and complete follow-ups, and see what is due or overdue.
- Search contacts, companies and deals, and read the CRM briefing, a pre-call deal brief or a pipeline summary.
- Draft a follow-up from your CRM history, then log it once you send it with the tools you already use.

The LotsCRM dashboard does the whole job too: contacts, companies, the pipeline, follow-ups in your Today view and team access. Your agent for speed, the dashboard for control.

## You need

- Cue access with an agent computer
- A LotsCRM API key
- A LotsCRM account. You can create one during sign-in.

## Connect Cue to LotsCRM

1. **Create a LotsCRM API key.** Sign in to the LotsTech API page and create a key for your agent.

```
https://www.lotstech.com/api
```

2. **Ask Cue to use the LotsCRM API.** Give your agent the setup prompt below. Configure your key privately in its computer environment and ask it to start with a read-only request.

```
Use https://api.lotscrm.com/docs to connect LotsCRM from your computer. Authenticate with my privately configured LOTSCRM_API_KEY. First list my LotsCRM workspaces. Keep credentials out of chat and logs.
```

3. **Give the agent its responsibility.** Say what the agent looks after in LotsCRM, which source material it uses and how often it works. Ask it to report what it changed.

## What to ask next

- “Add these 20 people from today’s event and tag them “Oct meetup”.”
- “Log my call with Priya and move her deal to Proposal.”
- “What follow-ups are due today?”
- “Brief me on the Acme deal before my call.”

## Questions and troubleshooting

### How do I connect Cue to LotsCRM?

Use the LotsCRM REST API from Cue’s computer. Create an API key at https://www.lotstech.com/api, configure it privately for the task and share https://api.lotscrm.com/docs with your agent. Ask it for something read-only first.

### Can I connect LotsCRM to Cue today?

Use the REST API from your Cue agent’s computer, following the setup above. Create a LotsCRM API key, configure it privately for the agent and share https://api.lotscrm.com/docs. Then ask Cue for something read-only first.

### Do I need an API key to use LotsCRM with Cue?

Yes. Create one at https://www.lotstech.com/api and keep it out of chats, logs and committed files. Where Cue offers sign-in, use that instead.

### What does LotsCRM cost?

Current plans and prices are on https://lotscrm.com/pricing. Your agent’s own plan or usage fees are separate.

### Does LotsCRM send emails or messages?

LotsCRM is the record of your sales work. Your agent drafts and sends messages with the tools you already use, then logs each one in LotsCRM, so every conversation sits on the right contact and deal. Follow-ups you schedule appear in your Today view.

### What can my agent do in my workspace?

Your agent acts as you, so it can do exactly what your workspace role allows. Owners can do everything and viewers can only read.

### Can my agent delete CRM records?

Your agent archives contacts, companies and deals. Archiving is recoverable and keeps the history, and there is no hard delete through MCP.

### Can one agent work across several clients?

Yes. Each workspace is a separate sales book, one per business or client. Your agent lists your workspaces, picks the one you mean and keeps its records apart from the others.

### Cue cannot authenticate to LotsCRM

Check that the API key is available on the computer doing the task. LotsCRM API requests use an Authorization header containing Bearer followed by a space and the key.

### How do I set up a recurring routine in Cue?

Set the routine on the Cue agent responsible for the work. Include the source material and ask for a report. LotsCRM handles each request the agent makes.
